Enginy, a Barcelona-based startup, is seeking a German-speaking SDR to drive outbound prospecting for German B2B customers using multi-channel sequences.

You will qualify leads, hand over opportunities to Account Executives, and work with Marketing to refine German-market messaging. Own CRM hygiene and report on outreach metrics. Relocation to Barcelona encouraged; hybrid or onsite flexibility.

Formación

• Native German speaker and fluent in English.
• 1+ year in a B2B SDR / outbound sales role, SaaS preferred.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable cold calling.
• Data-driven with CRM usage and pipeline metrics tracking.
• Based in Barcelona or open to relocation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage high-potential German B2B prospects via outbound channels.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads, uncover needs, and hand over scoped opportunities.
• Become a trusted product expert on Genesy AI for German customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Expansion Lead to refine messaging for Germany.
• Own activity tracking and CRM hygiene; report on outreach metrics.
• Share market feedback to support go-to-market playbooks.
• Act as a founding contributor in the German expansion.
