Enginy, a Barcelona-based startup, is seeking a German-speaking SDR to identify and engage high-potential B2B prospects through outbound channels, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and hand over well-scoped opportunities to Account Executives.

You will become a product expert on Genesy AI, work with Marketing and the Expansion Lead to test messaging for the German market, maintain CRM hygiene, track key metrics, and help shape early playbooks for international expansion.

Formación

• Native German speaker with fluent English.
• 1+ year in a B2B SDR/outbound sales role in SaaS or tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable cold calling.
• Experience with CRM systems and tracking metrics.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage high-potential German B2B prospects across outbound channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand over opportunities to Account Executives.
• Articulate Genesy AI value to German companies and support messaging testing.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and report on outreach volumes, replies, and demos.
• Contribute to early German expansion playbooks and processes.
