Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate the technical message of CrowdStrike as needed.
• Ask open discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run Proof of Values with approved success criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Management on key accounts and technical requirements.
• Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques on CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology.
• Serve as primary contact for customer feedback and issue resolution with Support.
