Safeguard Global is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth across the DACH region and wider EMEA markets. You will identify opportunities, engage with HR, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders, and connect them with our global employment solutions.

Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to build pipeline, generate new business, and exceed KPIs while leveraging Salesforce to maintain CRM data and report progress.

Formación

• Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or global workforce solutions.
• Native or fluent German with strong English skills.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and meet KPIs.
• Hands-on with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Engage German-speaking leaders to understand needs and present Safeguard Global solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build account strategies and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Leverage campaigns and partners to drive top-of-funnel activity.
• Maintain CRM data in Salesforce and report on pipeline health and progress.
• Hit and exceed KPI targets for meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
