The role starts May 18, 2026, with an initial 3-month temporary contract and a permanent contract based on performance. The position offers a competitive €20,800 gross/year salary plus a €1,200 bonus and a structured onboarding with paid training.

Formación

• Native German speakers required.
• Spanish level B2 or higher.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enjoy helping customers and solving problems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available from 18/05/2026.
• Prior customer support experience is a plus.
