Boeva Tech in Madrid or Valencia is hiring for a customer service role with a banking partner. You'll handle inbound calls from customers and non-customers, provide information on products and procedures, and resolve enquiries across phone, web and app channels.

This on-site temporary position offers 38.5 hours weekly, paid training, and potential for permanent employment. German and English language proficiency is required, with weekend shifts and flexible scheduling.
