Teleservices in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist for banking services. You will assist customers by phone, chat, and email from a multilingual, international team, with a clear path to a permanent contract after a three-month probation.

Starting date 18/05/2026, training provided, shift options include morning slots and occasional night rotations. Spanish level B2 or higher is required along with strong communication and empathy.
