Boeva Tech in Spain seeks a customer service agent to support a banking client across phone, web and app channels. You will handle inquiries in German and English, provide accurate information, and follow procedures while maintaining high service standards.

This on-site role in Madrid or Valencia offers 38.5 hours weekly under a temporary contract that can lead to permanent employment based on performance. Paid training of 25 days is provided on-site prior to start.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls from banking customers and non-customers.
• Provide information about banking products, services and procedures.
• Resolve telephone banking inquiries and operations per procedures.
• Assist users with navigation of the bank's website and mobile app.
• Understand requests, identify solutions, and resolve efficiently.
• Follow banking procedures and service guidelines with high customer care.
