This temporary on-site role offers paid training, multiple shifts, and potential progression to permanent employment. Fluency in German and English is required, with weekdays and weekend rotations.

Formación

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in customer service or call center settings.
• Willingness to work on-site in Madrid or Valencia.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls from customers and non-customers.
• Provide information about banking products, services and procedures.
• Resolve telephone banking inquiries and related operations per procedures.
• Assist users with navigation of bank website and mobile app.
• Follow established processes and maintain high quality customer care.
