Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent for an on-site role in Valencia, Spain. You’ll support customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach, handling accounts, cards and payments while protecting data.

Requirements include fluent German, Spanish at B2, a Bachillerato diploma, and a willingness to participate in a video and test. Training is provided; start date soon.

Formación

• Fluent German, written and spoken.
• Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above.
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience valued.
• Selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language.
• Team player open to feedback with clear, professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Protect customer data at every step.
• Resolve issues accurately and in line with procedures.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately.
• Answer customer questions about accounts, cards and payments.
