Job summary

Talent seeks a General Manager Spain to lead the Spanish subsidiary with full P&L accountability. Reporting to Group CEO, you will drive revenue growth, market expansion, and sales execution, shaping a winning commercial strategy while aligning local operations with the Group.

Based in León, you will oversee local teams, budgets, and performance metrics, coordinate with Latin American subsidiaries, and represent the company at industry events to accelerate growth in health, wellness and beauty

Qualifications

University degree in business, management or related field.
10+ years of experience in commercial and general management roles, ideally in FMCG or personal care sectors.
Fluent in Spanish and English; strong knowledge of local market, regulatory and cultural specifics.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: define and implement business and brand strategy aligned with Group objectives; monitor growth and profitability targets.
Commercial Development: drive sell-out oriented commercial model, GTM execution, pricing and promotions; build partnerships and identify opportunities.
Management & Leadership: lead local teams, development, HR processes, and day-to-day operations; coordinate with subsidiaries.
Financial & Operational Management: oversee budgeting, costs, KPIs, and regulatory compliance.
Cross-Functional & Group Alignment: collaborate with Group functions and align with brand strategy and launches.
