Page Executive seeks a General Manager to lead all Spain-based operations for a family-owned, premium-branded group. You will oversee production, quality, sales, HR, finance and IT, and drive a transformation program across the organization.

With a focus on efficiency, cost control and digitalisation, the GM will align strategies, mentor teams, manage stakeholders including suppliers and authorities, and ensure compliance while delivering profitable growth.

Formación

• Industrial Engineer or BA Degree with strong leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation in premium products.
• Fluency in English and strategic financial oversight required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Spain operations: production, quality, sales, HR, finance and IT.
• Lead transformation programs across all areas of the business.
• Drive efficiency, KPI alignment and cost control across the plant and offices.
• Develop plans to enhance digital presence and customer engagement.
