Job summary

Page Executive in Spain, part of a leading Italian industrial group, seeks a General Manager for its local manufacturing business. You will own P&L, drive growth strategy and lead the management team across markets.

We expect a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can align commercial development with operational excellence at the production site, while building strong customer and partner relationships. Based at the site during the week, you will shape governance and organizational capabilities

Qualifications

• General Manager with full P&L accountability and growth focus.
• Experience in industrial B2B manufacturing and packaging.
• People leadership and organizational development skills.
• Willingness to be based at production site during the week.
