Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Head of Sales to lead our Growth Markets across Spain, Italy, and Germany. You will drive end-to-end sales, inbound, outbound, and retention activities, shaping strategy for scalable growth while ensuring outstanding customer outcomes and compliance.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires building high-performance teams, managing internal and outsourced partners, and delivering measurable commercial impact today and tomorrow.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership experience in a contact centre, customer acquisition, retention, or customer sales environment.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel sales operations.
• Experience leading teams across multiple markets, regions, or countries.

• Develop and execute a clear sales strategy aligned to short- and long-term objectives.
