Formación

• Experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Background in premium casual, lifestyle or high-volume restaurant environments.
• Excellent floor presence and genuine passion for guest experience.
• Strong leadership, trust, accountability and team spirit.
• Good commercial awareness including sales, labour and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation and guest experience.
• Build, coach, and develop the team across front of house and leadership roles.
• Drive service standards, atmosphere and brand consistency.
• Manage sales, labour, costs and profitability with a commercial mindset.
• Plan team routines, service priorities and operational standards.
• Work with senior leadership on recruitment, training and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing and procedures.
