Florentine Marbella, part of Urban Italian Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, guest experience and brand standards.

You will develop and coach the team to deliver warm, consistent service while driving commercial performance and staff engagement across front-of-house and leadership roles.

Formación

• Experience as General Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Background in premium casual, lifestyle or high-volume environments.
• Excellent floor presence and passion for guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operation and guest experience.
• Coach and develop front-of-house and leadership teams.
• Drive service standards, atmosphere and brand consistency.

The Role

As General Manager at Florentine Marbella, you will lead the full restaurant operation, bringing together guest experience, team culture, commercial performance and brand standards.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, developing people, creating structure, and making sure every service feels smooth, warm and consistent.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day restaurant operation and ensuring a strong guest experience.
• Building, coaching and developing the team across front of house and leadership roles.
• Driving service standards, atmosphere and consistency in line with the Florentine brand.
• Managing sales, labour, costs and profitability with a clear commercial mindset.
• Planning team routines, service priorities and operational standards.
• Working closely with senior leadership on recruitment, training and business performance.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, licensing and company procedures.

You’ll thrive in this role if you

• Experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• A strong background in premium casual, lifestyle or high-volume restaurant environments.
• Excellent floor presence and a genuine passion for guest experience.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, accountability and team spirit.
• Good commercial awareness, including sales, labour, costs and profitability.
• A calm, organised and hands‑on approach during busy services.
• A passion for developing people and creating a strong restaurant culture.
