You will develop people, structure and service flow, ensuring smooth, consistent services and a strong commercial mindset across labour, costs and profitability.

Formación

• Experience as General Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Strong focus on guest experience and brand standards.
• Ability to manage sales, labour and costs with a commercial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operation with strong guest experience.
• Coach and develop front-of-house and leadership teams.
• Drive service standards, atmosphere and consistency with Florentine branding.
• Manage sales, labour, costs and profitability with a commercial mindset.
