Florentine Marbella is seeking a General Manager to lead the full restaurant operation, delivering a warm, premium guest experience while upholding brand standards. You will be on the floor, coach a diverse team, and partner with senior leaders to drive performance.

You will develop people, structure and service flow, ensuring smooth, consistent services and a strong commercial mindset across labour, costs and profitability.

The Role

As General Manager at Florentine Marbella, you will lead the full restaurant operation, bringing together guest experience, team culture, commercial performance and brand standards.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, developing people, creating structure, and making sure every service feels smooth, warm and consistent.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day restaurant operation and ensuring a strong guest experience.
• Building, coaching and developing the team across front of house and leadership roles.
• Driving service standards, atmosphere and consistency in line with the Florentine brand.
• Managing sales, labour, costs and profitability with a clear commercial mindset.
• Planning team routines, service priorities and operational standards.
• Working closely with senior leadership on recruitment, training and business performance.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, licensing and company procedures.

• Experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• A strong background in premium casual, lifestyle or high-volume restaurant environments.
• Excellent floor presence and a genuine passion for guest experience.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, accountability and team spirit.
• Good commercial awareness, including sales, labour, costs and profitability.
• A calm, organised and hands-on approach during busy services.
