Smyth & Co is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the opening of two luxury restaurant concepts in Marbella, Spain. You will oversee launch, establish standards and build world-class teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one.

The role requires senior luxury operations experience, a track record of opening multiple F&B outlets, and strong leadership with a commercial mindset. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Senior operational experience within luxury restaurants, hotels or resorts.
• Proven track record of opening and managing multiple F&B outlets.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, with budget, labour and profitability control.
• Understanding of luxury service in Spanish or Mediterranean markets.
• Fluent English; Spanish language is highly advantageous.

Operations Manager - Luxury Resort Opening

Smyth & Co is exclusively recruiting an exceptional Operations Manager for an exciting new luxury opening within one of Marbella's leading resorts.

The successful candidate will oversee the launch and ongoing operation of two distinctive restaurant concepts: a premium grill restaurant and an elegant Mediterranean restaurant. Two further venues are planned to open within the same resort next year, making this a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the development of a growing luxury hospitality operation.

We are looking for a polished and commercially minded operator with strong experience managing high-end, high-volume restaurants. You will lead the opening process, build and develop the teams, establish operational standards and ensure both venues deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Senior operational experience within luxury restaurants, hotels or resorts
• A strong track record of opening and managing multiple F&B outlets -must have
• Excellent leadership and team-development skills
• Strong commercial awareness and control of budgets, labour and profitability
• A genuine understanding of luxury service and the Spanish or Mediterrean market
• Fluent English, with Spanish highly advantageous
