Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Technical Support Expert to assist users of a world-leading technology services company. You will handle multi-channel inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed. Fluency in French and English, and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

You\'ll join a dynamic team and contribute to high-quality support. Relocation support is provided, and the role offers full-time hours (39/week) from 08:00 to 22:00, with ongoing training and development

Qualifications

Native level of French and C1 level of English.
Previous customer facing experience (B2B or B2C).
Prior experience in multi-channel customer support in metric-driven environments.
Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work through complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

Interact with users via email, phone, and chat.
Analyze and evaluate users’ account setups and previous interactions to recommend solutions.
Troubleshoot technical questions including software, hardware, and logistic questions.
Escalate complex issues and provide context to the reason for the escalation.
