KultureTalent - Global Talent in Barcelona is seeking a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join a growing, multicultural team. You will communicate with customers via phone, chat and email, manage cases, and help users secure their accounts while maintaining high satisfaction for a major brand.

The role requires fluent French and English, familiarity with iOS or macOS, strong troubleshooting, and proactive problem solving.

Formación

• Fluent in French & English and able to handle customer inquiries.
• Experience in customer support is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Dynamic, proactive and able to operate in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email.
• Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction for a major brand.
• Assist customers to manage/secure their accounts and passwords.
• Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate when needed.
