Responsibilities

• Drive measurable security outcomes and ROI for enterprise customers.
• Act as strategic risk advisor—proactively identifying renewal risks and security posture risks.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Architect adoption and value realization plans for Proofpoint deployments.
• Coach customers on cyber resiliency and align Proofpoint capabilities to risk frameworks.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Proofpoint platform and roadmap.
• Conduct weekly status calls and periodic executive-level reviews.
