Proofpoint is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to partner with enterprise customers, driving measurable security value and cyber resiliency. You will engage at the CISO/VP level while maintaining deep technical depth in Linux, messaging and cloud security.

Your role blends strategic advisory with hands-on deployment guidance across Proofpoint solutions. You will lead executive reviews, architect adoption plans, and coach customers on aligning Proofpoint capabilities with their business

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.
• Executive presence and experience engaging at C-suite and VP level.
• Strategic risk assessment and advisory experience.
• Strong commercial acumen in ARR, renewals and CLV.
• Experience building customer success and adoption strategies at scale.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value narratives for executives.

Responsabilités

• Drive business outcomes aligned to customer security and ROI across Proofpoint investments.
• Serve as a strategic risk advisor—proactively addressing renewal, adoption, and security posture risks.
• Act as an executive consultant—build trusted relationships at CISO/VP level with strategic insights.
• Architect adoption and value realization plans for maximum Proofpoint deployment.
• Coach customers on cyber resiliency and align Proofpoint capabilities to risk tolerance.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Maintain platform expertise and stay updated on product capabilities and roadmap.
• Analyze customer goals and deployments; recommend security posture improvements.
• Coordinate with technical support; escalate issues and feature requests as needed.
• Conduct proactive health checks and performance recommendations.
• Share industry trends and product roadmaps affecting the customer.
• Set goals and success metrics; provide progress reports on deployment.
