Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a dedicated French-speaking professional to join our Madrid Production Hub. The role focuses on building a robust panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants, and guiding them through questionnaire completion.

You will recruit doctors, invite them to studies, and perform follow-up calls to maximize participation. Strong organization and communication skills are essential in this diverse, multinational environment.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using various communication channels.
