Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. You will build a solid panel of doctors, engage participants, and maintain updated healthcare professional data.

Qualifications

French native speaker is required.
Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
