IQVIA is recruiting a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants and handling follow-ups to ensure timely questionnaire completion.

The role emphasizes professional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work across a multinational team in Madrid. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Formación

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
