Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French native speaker to recruit doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a solid panel, engage physicians, and maintain ongoing relations while supporting inquiries and documentation.

The role emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and professional communication in a multinational setting. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing follow-ups to maximize participation

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
