IQVIA, Madrid Production Hub, is seeking French-speaking professionals to recruit and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will engage doctors, maintain relationships, and support them through questionnaire completion and follow-up conversations.

Role emphasizes diverse, dynamic teamwork with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, including translations when needed.

Qualificações

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
