Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter for our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a panel of doctors for market research, engaging participants and guiding questionnaire processes. A strong command of French and good English are required to communicate with healthcare professionals and internal teams.

You will contact doctors, invite them to studies, and manage follow-ups to maximize participation while maintaining updated records and supporting translations as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speakers are required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills are needed.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation targets across the assigned pool using multiple channels and arguments.
