Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of a diverse, dynamic team. You will recruit doctors into a panel and engage them to participate in market research studies, maintaining relationships and handling follow-up across questionnaires.

The role requires excellent communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple channels to achieve high participation rates. English proficiency will support trainings and internal communications.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills are essential.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates with your assigned pool using multiple communication channels.
