IQVIA is recruiting a French-speaking recruitment specialist to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a solid panel of doctors for market research studies, engage participants, and maintain up-to-date HCProfessional data.

You will support queries and ensure smooth recruitment through proactive communication. Ideal candidates have French as a native language, strong English skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Competenze

• French Native speaker.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using diverse communication channels.
