IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them in market research studies, and manage follow-ups to ensure questionnaire completion.

The role emphasizes building trustful relationships and providing timely support to healthcare professionals. Ideal candidates are French native, with good English, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a diverse, multinational environment.

Competenze

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks could include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
