IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors into a panel, engage them regularly for market research studies, and maintain relationships for questionnaire completion.

You will also assist with queries and keep healthcare professional information up to date. Ideal candidates have native French, good English, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and analytical skills.

Competenze

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
