IQVIA is recruiting French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. You will build a stable pool of doctors, engage them for market research studies, and assist with questions and follow-ups while maintaining updated healthcare professional information.

You will call doctors to invite participation, follow up to maximize rates, and use multiple channels to reach targets. Fluency in French and good English are required.

Competenze

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using various channels.
