Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join the Madrid Production Hub to recruit doctors for market research panels. You will build trust, recruit, and follow up with healthcare professionals, keeping information updated and assisting with queries.

Ideal candidates have French native fluency, good English, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience in multinational environments. The role offers a dynamic, diverse team in Spain.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Other tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors using various communication channels.
