Job summary

IQVIA seeks French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of a dynamic market research team. You will recruit doctors, build a trusted panel, and keep records up to date while assisting participants with queries.

You will call doctors to invite participation, conduct follow-ups to maximise engagement, and use multiple channels. English is needed for trainings and internal communications; multinational experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
