Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors into a panel for market research, build trustful relationships, and manage ongoing engagement across questionnaires.

This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a diverse, multinational environment. English skills sufficient for trainings and internal meetings.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings/meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (phone and email).
• Analytical skills essential.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using multiple channels.
