Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative (French-speaking) to join our Barcelona on-site team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, deliver first-contact resolutions, and support our brands across the sports clothing sector.

The role offers a 39-hour weekly contract, a central Barcelona location, full paid training, and ongoing career development programs. French and advanced English are required, with a customer-first mindset and ownership of calls to resolution.

Qualificações

• Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced English.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – listen to and understand customers’ needs.
• Able to take ownership and progress calls to resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customers' contacts (phone, email, chat or alerts) and resolve users’ requests + soft sales.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide responses within SLA.
• Maintain product and service knowledge related to customer applications.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
