Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona to handle Spanish-speaking customer inquiries onsite. You will receive comprehensive training, work with diverse brands, and support customer satisfaction while meeting contractual SLAs.

The role requires native Spanish, English proficiency, and prior customer service or sales experience. Central Barcelona location, 39 hours per week, with a base salary of 18,710.98 EUR and up to 1,500 EUR yearly bonus.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English.
• Experience in a similar customer service role preferred.
• Basic sales skills including upselling and cross-selling.
• Good disposition for customer service environments.
• Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows/MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and provide guidance to ensure satisfaction and SLA adherence.
• Escalate potential service issues as needed.
• Follow project processes and procedures.
• Provide cover for other agents when needed, within the same or across teams.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Mentors on project specifics.
• Complete administrative duties (holiday, sickness, overtime) accurately.
• Attend regular team meetings and contribute to service quality.
• Support extra tasks from Supervisors/Mentors to maintain performance.
