Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a solid pool of doctors for market research, engage participants, and maintain updated profiles.

You will interact with researchers and doctors to ensure timely completion of questionnaires and provide support where needed. The role emphasizes diverse, dynamic teamwork, professional communication, and meticulous data management within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
