Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an enthusiastic French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. The role focuses on building a stable panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants, and maintaining updated records while handling inquiries and translations as needed.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, follow up to boost response rates, and collaborate with a multinational team in a dynamic, diverse environment. Fluency in French and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• French native is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and possible translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates by using different communication channels and arguments.
