Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. The role focuses on building a stable pool of doctors for market research studies and maintaining relationships during recruitment and follow-up conversations.

You will engage doctors, invite them to studies, and work to maximize participation rates across multiple channels. Diversity is emphasized and the ideal candidate has strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels.
