IQVIA is seeking a French-native recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub to recruit doctors and build a panel for market research studies. You will maintain engagement through follow-up conversations and ensure timely completion of questionnaires.

You will establish trust with participants, invite doctors via phone and email, and monitor participation rates across your pool. Fluency in French and English, plus strong attention to detail and communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
