Job summary

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, is seeking French-speaking recruiters to join the Madrid hub. You will build a stable doctor panel for market studies, recruit participants, and maintain engagement through calls and follow-ups.

The role emphasizes professional communication and meticulous data handling. Ideal candidates will be fluent in French with strong English, detail-oriented and capable of coordinating with multinational teams.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels.
