Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel for market research studies. You will establish trust with participants and maintain updated information while assisting with queries.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Strong English language skills for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical thinking; problem-solving orientation.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
