You will build a trusted relationship with healthcare professionals, invite them to participate, and maintain up-to-date records while supporting follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication by telephone and email.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates using different channels and arguments.
