Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a role in Madrid to build a stable pool of doctors for market research studies. The candidate will recruit doctors, engage them in the panel, and manage follow-ups to ensure high participation rates. Fluency in French is required, with good English for trainings and internal communications.

The position is based at our Madrid Production Hub, offering a collaborative, diverse team environment and opportunities to drive engagement across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation, creating doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation rate.
• Ensure target participation rates using different communication channels and arguments.
