Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French-native recruitment professionals to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit, engage and follow up with healthcare professionals, ensuring high participation and accurate data collection.

The role requires fluency in French and strong English, plus outstanding communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and translations as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
