Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build a solid panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub office.

You will recruit doctors, engage them, and conduct follow-up calls to maximize participation while maintaining up-to-date records and supporting queries. The role requires a French native speaker with strong English skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates within assigned pool using multiple channels and arguments.
