Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French-speaking professionals to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and manage follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion.

The role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and English proficiency for trainings and internal communications. Prior experience in multinational environments is a plus, and you will join a dynamic, diverse team

Qualifications

• French native speaker with strong verbal and written skills.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills (telephone and email) with an analytical mindset.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation, building doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets are met using multiple communication channels.
